Whats happening to your service, it used to take 1 day for documents from Bloemfontein to Vereeniging now you are taking 5 days. Are yu getting to big now for good service…. I guess then its time to move to another company, you cannot charge for overnight and then deliver 5 days later

I'm having the worst experience with this company. The track my order links is very vague and they will always say no access or delivery failed but no attempt was made. My orders is always late a day or more. You need to constantly check and follow-up. If you call they will gove you vague answers or transfer the call.

Good prices. Poor delivery.They managed to take 8 days to deliver a package that should have taken 3 days max, right before Christmas.In an attempt to say sorry, they promised to deliver the package to the new location free of charge, but the package remains in the wrong city and they are no longer as helpful"."
