My husband and I have been using Curtain Library since 2015 to supply us with custom made curtains and furniture and re-upholstering our much loved chairs. Claire has been attentive and meticulous with both measuring and helping select the right fabrics. She has been patient as we have changed our minds and ideas a few times and every time she has dealt with me with kindness. I have found myself shopping around for fabrics with various suppliers but no one matches the service delivery we have had from Claire and Curtain Library.

Absolutely shocking..!I walked into the store at 2.10pm.The saleslady was busy with a client.I waited for 34 minutes.When she was finished with her customers…she went into the office picked up her bag and headed for the door…!!!Another woman who had tried to help me..had told me that I should wait for this saleslady.She was the only one who could help me.I am still reeling…!HOW DO YOU TREAT A CLIENT LIKE THAT.?Fortunately there are many blind manufacturers in Randburg….who would be happy to take my order for 12 blinds.

I had excellent service from requesting a quote, going to the store where Annemarie assisted us to select the correct blinds for our room. Delivery was done on the day that was promised even though it meant that the team had to do it after business hours. Installation was precise and we are so happy with the product. I will recommend Blinds Express to anyone. Thank you for such a positive, stressless experience. Thank to the whole team!!

The service received from the C&BL has been outstanding!Anna-Marie from the moment I stepped into the shop provided excellent service. She showed the options for my blinds and was able to make my decision immediately. The team came and did measurements and also installed the blinds. Great service from Liz McFarland. Came out to do measurements had great colour and blind type recommendations. Very quick manufacturing time less than 3 weeks I believe. Big thanks to Anna-Marie Moffat for ensuring installation went smoothly and following up after the installation to make sure I was satisfied. Loving our new wood alloy blinds in our living and dining areas. Would use Blinds Express again. Highly recommended!
