Endless delays and major problems after engine was eventually rebuilt. After paying Allan more than R31 000 for engine overhaul it had to be re-opened a year later and is again being rebuilt now by reputable engine works.

Great service by Alan and not pricey at all

I had my Kia Cerato with this business for a Enjin overhaul. They did the work and delivered the vehicle back to me in Cape Town. The Day before delivery I was informed that as a result of a mis hap they shattered the left back window of the Car..I was promptly asked if can't claim from my Insurance for the broken window, upon which I refused. The owner (Alan) assured me that they will source a replacement and have it delivered directly to me. The car was delivered the next day, with the broken window.Hours later when I drove the car I realized something was wrong. The car cut out while driving and lost all power. I immediately informed them of the problem and thr mechanic that drove the car down had a look at it the next day and told me that moisture had condensated in the ECU and other sensor clusters due to them washing the enjin with a High pressure cleaner. He told me he cleaned all the contact and to contact them if I happened again.. It happened the very next again.. It is now a whole month later and multiple phone calls and whatsapp messages. The onwer iether ignores me or tells me the window will be delivered in 2 days etc. The window still has not been replaced and the electronic fault still not sorted out. I Have no speedo or trip meter function as a result and the fule gauge has also been affected. Besides that the Power steering now does not function properly.

We call Alan on a Sunday for starter problem. He was super helpful by giving advice to getting the car started without needing to a call-out service.
