The petrol attendants dont care much for the customers belongings, they lean on your vehicle while they are putting in petrol and somehow the pump nozzle scratches your paint tremendously. Never going to that Sasol ever again.

i was involved in a minor fender bender with another patron after having lunch here.everything was resolved except my licence copy.the uncle who rode into the back of me never had a camera phone.the manager, named norman apparently, took my license to make a photocopy.when i followed him he said he is calling the police and refused to give my license back even after making the copies.i have complained through the official channels & hope the camera footage reveals how i was treated.i sincerely hope i get a apology & every photocopy of my licence destroyed except the one for the uncle.i really never expected to get treated so badly by a shop I support often.

Friendly Staff, good service.Today I went to Sasol, Labelle Rd to draw some money and there weren't any parking spots open. One of the petrol attendants, Michael, told me to park my car and go draw the money. He washed my windows for me when I went.Such a nice gesture, even though I didn't go to fill up my car. I hope the owner recognizes this review.Definitely a petrol station I would recommend.

14 February 2023It's been more Than a week since I have contacted management and Aashiq with regards to the below incident. They are yet to provide feedback despite my reminders and follow ups. Completely ignoring me! You lost more than the R100. Myself and the rest of our 9 vehicles that put fuel in with you will no longer make use of your service. I will spread it to everyone I know never to put fuel in at your station.To future and past customers. If you suspect you did not get your fuel you paid for. You probably didn't.02 February 2023Maths is not adding up. I pulled up with 55km range on my clock. Threw in R100 fuel and drove away with 55km range on my clock. I did not think anything of it at first. Did my pickup at brightos 21h15 and after my first drop off in kuilsriver. My range is getting less. Did the attendant put in my R100 I asked for? I let it go. And I completely my evening with a 33km range on my clock. Go to M12 motors and put in another R100 and guess what happened. My range went from 33km to 165km range as per normal when I put in a R100 because I do that trips often. So I knew something was not right! I have the slips and photos to prove it.

Sasol stikland charges R90 for a packet of 20 Stuyvesant. Wow. I thought we back to normal prices!!!!
