Pipes sit in the display case in the sun all day, the vulcanite stems is disgusting tasting and turns green, cleaning does not help it goes to the trash.Old man behind the counter is incredibly rude

Been to a number of tobacconists in Pretoria - this is the only store permanently manned by at least one of the owners, usually both. i've never seen an employee, only the owners. always friendly, always chatty, always ready to assist and make recommendations - and they know their cigars well!

Such a pleasant experience. I bought my first premium cigar here, the service was excellent and I had a 30min+ conversation with the sales person, before purchasing my cigar. She guided me to buying the perfect cigar for my palate, in totality it was a great experience.

Great customer service. They know what they are doing. They are very friendly and helpful. Their shop is beautiful and neat. They have a wide variety of cigars. They have everything you could ask for. This is the best tobacconist shop in both Pretoria and Johannesburg. They kbow their cigars very well. They are excellently informed

By far the best tobacconist shop in South Africa, Auntie Jo an Uncle Michael is one of my highlights every month to pop into. Not just excellent advice on any wide range of tobacco but by far the best owners to just have a good chat to. 5 stars for this shop just ain’t enough.
