One stop shop for all hardware material and more great staff nice discounts and u get to go home after being there and not stop at another because they don't have it as they have most.

Absolutely worst service. Staff has no customer service, everybodys all over the place. Inventory system sucks. Their manager made me feel like a thief when I insisted on paying the price for items I was quoted for after they told me quotes are valid for 7 days. They caused me such a delay in getting my work done. I'll never return to this store. My actual rating is - 0

Friendly service and a big variety. Thee place to go to for hardware etc.

The lady at the will was vey unhelpful and did not even offer us a plastic bag i had to ask for one. She coughed and was not wearing a mask. The gentleman at the paint counter where the mixes are done he however deserves a 5 star for excellent service

Shocking service to say the least no one eger to help customers.Also bought some things but its as if they supply very low quality tools and equipment, nothing i buy from dajees works properly.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. The whole store doesn't make sense as you have to make a stop at 3-4 different counters before leaving the store. The people working there is rude and they treated me like I wasn't a valid customer. I felt like they treated me differently because I'm a woman since I saw a couple of men getting helped much faster than me and some of them even got discount on their items. Their inventory system is horrible as I had to wait almost an hour for them to get something at the back. Then they tell me the reason for taking long is that their inventory on the computer is not up to date and it's on the old stock inventory. How can a shop with so many different tools big and small not keep their inventory up to date?? even though it is a little cheaper than other stores I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Rather pay a little more money at a different hardware store and then at least be out within a few minutes. People with busy schedules that is actually working can't wait 45 minutes to an hour for something. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I WILL GIVE 0 IF I COULD.

Their customer service is very bad. They ignore your emails. Maybe they dont want our business.

Excellent. Friendly helpful staff. Offer best advice. Good service. Great prices. Convenient. No excuses. Always have stock sought. Always a pleasant shopping experience. Informal car guards are a pest, the only negative.
