I called in the evening and next morning he arrived to fix.Loved the service very much.Adhered to covid protocols as well.I'll definitely recommend him.

Horrible service!!! Do not respond to messages!!! Had to call 4/5 times to ask if Calvin is showing up. Promise to call back each time and never get a call back. Would not recommend this company!!!!

My TV was dark on the one side due to a failed LED back strip, however the TV was functional and usable. He came through to repair the TV, removed the faulty LEDs. He was supposed to get the replacement items and come to complete the repairs. He struggled to get the spares required. Since then it's been false promises about when he will get the spares and come to complete the repair. Multiple times he has said he will come the next day, only to ignore my calls and messages on that dayI have asked him for the required part numbers, hoping I could make a plan to import them. He has not provided the part number. It's been more than 4 months now I'm stuck with a TV that can't be used and probably no longer repairable.

Ni hesitation, resolved problem with Led 4k TV within 30 minutes....No guess work....a professional and to the point....Complete service done at home for your convenience...

This man was the bomb... If ever u want your TV fixed, he's the man, I'd like to go as far as thanking him again. .. I use to deal with powercare and Samsung rivonia, none of them lived up to what he delivered, this gentleman was great with my youngster who is into repairs, and he not only showed me but showed my kid how to repair... He's advice was great and he's service was top notch... I hope that alot of people read my review and use he's service... He deserves to make it big... He was the absolute best... He knew he's parts and he knows TVs... I am a person who likes to complain, but compliments is due when it's due... He didn't overcharge and he came on timeTry him, he is great

Will contact my attorney for advice as this is really ridiculous.You pay for a service and then when they have to repair a warranty, they take their time.
