Bought some furniture cash. I was told that there may be a delay of a few days. A week and a half later , still no word from them . No feedback on when I'll get my stuff , nothing. Bad service in general. I wouldn't urge anyone to buy from this particular branch. I'm still waiting for a call even now.

Worst experience ever, eyethu fair price needs to be shut down, poor customer service, I bought my hisense washing machine, within few days the machine is not working, went to complain, so they can give me a new one or fix it, until now, am still stuck with that machine, no one is following up my complaint, not even a phone call from them, a

Eyethu Fair Price is a scam they sell broken things ,I bought washing machine last year September 2022 machine worked for less than a month logged my complain and was told they'll come to fetch it I've been waiting from October till today when I go there I hear the same story they've logged a complaint and still waiting for feedback from Hisense factory...they staff is not helpful

I don't even feel they deserve a single star! I bought a bed about two weeks ago and something was missing, a part of the bed legs. I don't really know what it's called. I understood it was the warehouses fault so I went to the store to inform them and they promised to contact me and they haven't since and they are not taking any of my calls either for two weeks straight

Worst experience ever. They told us that our good will be delivered within two days of the purchase 4 days later no communication whatsoever received from them. What worse is when you call they just tell you they will call you back. Never again fairprice eyathu mall would be better off shutdown in all honesty
