The guy who answers the phone is not doing your business any favours. Instead of giving unit sizes and pricing he wants to know every detail of what is being stored down to box size. Easier just to go elsewhere that do a full inventory of what needs to be stored. Madness.

Called for a quote as I'm looking for a unit. I called other companies too to see whats the best offering. This guy refused to assist, he didn't tell me the prices of units there, he instead asked me for a price I'm looking for. I proceeded to tell him I'm comparing units and he just said no nothing in your range. What fkn terrible service. It seems they do dodge dealings and make up prices when and as they see fit.

The facility is new and well kept. I dealt with Shaylene who was very professional. I have used them twice so far. As far as pricing goes it seems fair as I stay close by which is way more convenient than traveling long distances.
