Delivery guy only deliverd half my order. Said he will be right back with other half. Only to never return with my order. When I followed up with shop they say he says he deliverd the whole order!!!! Who is laying ???

Service was beyond poor!On 7 May I placed a online order at 16:55 and received a sms that my order will be ready in 30 min.When I arrived there my order was no where near done at 17:30!The place was swarming with people and apparently the were back logged because someone ordered 200 pizza pies at 4pm.At 6pm they finally called our order number just to see at the counter it was not ours.at 6:20 when we inquired about our order they finally had it, the joke of it all is that that particular paper bag has been on the shelf for 20min!There was only one person taking orders out of the 3 available till points and not to mention that the phone was ringing non stop for at least 30 minutes without anyone answering it.People whom order long after us even got their food before us.I do not see the point in ordering ahead if you still have to wait almost a hour to get your food!The manger/owner made an appearance but did not seems to care how chaotic everything was or that most of the customers were highly upset.

Couldnt get the order right, ordered chicken barbeque pie with greek salad, got chicken mayonaise with a salad that was not fresh. Waited more than a hour for my food!! Very poor.

I found myself scrolling through google maps at places i had been with work and Camden power station was one of them places. We stayed at the Ermelo inn and every Friday afternoon we would have a bbq around the pool and far too much to drink the hangover on the Saturday was the worst. There was only one cure for me and that was a Romans double pepperoni with garlic oil and the fact you have to get 2 just made it even better. I am from Newcastle in England and Its been 8 years since i was staying in Ermelo but i will never forget Romans pizzas, by far the best in the world. In fact the food on offer in general in south africa i would have to say is the best i have had anywhere.

Always loved their pizzas, but unfortunately had aweful service with our most recent order. We waited over an hour for our food to be delivered even though we were told it takes about 30 min. Eventually phoned numerous times and were told each time the driver was coming. Eventually told them to cancel my order and got something off Mr D in half the time.
