Rude receptionist . Very rude couldnt give a care in the world . White lady as i did previously speak to a black lady and was very willing to explain .

It is such a pity Dupla Printing has such bad service. they are literally two days late with my books and signage. they don't care for their clients and certainly do not provide decent service. Boo to You Dupla. Thank you for making my decision to move to other printers easier.

The service was good. Just wish they'd let us check the goods before signing off, as they came sealed tight. Only saw mistakes when I got home.

TERRIBLE customer service!!After an email and two phone calls with regards to a response, I have not yet received ANY response after i have been promised a response ASAP. It has been 5 hours later and still nothing.I have been helped by K-prints in Bloemfontein instead, speedy response! Thanks Christo.Dupla, you will not hear from me again.
