This agency of crooks came and had an inspection without me present because they didn't honour their appointment only to have an invoice stating they will be deducting 1900 for painting and then have the audacity To send another invoive that they are now taking half of my deposit while they are not responding to emails I'm reporting you to the ombudsman I want my money I know for a fact repainting is all that was needed in that place.

I am not in the least bit happy with the service....I have contacted twice and still I have not received any info or help.The first time I called I was told all the agents are on lunch and was promised I would be contacted back which never happened, the second time the agents seemed to all be busy on the phone and once again no one calls you back.I think they really need to up their a game if they want to be successful.

Dealing with a rather incompetent agent named Irene Gerick. She has no idea what she is doing or who she speaks to. I give her my name and details of the complex I stay in and she is totally at a loss. Send her emails, and she does not act on them. She is too old and needs to give up this job as it seems as though she cannot even hear properly. Never dealt with such blatant incompetence sorry excuse for an individual. She speaks volumes for this estate agency

Useless only fare about how a place looks not how it's maintained or lack thereof. No cupboards ntn and can't use a balcony. Sending a complaint changes nothing as Mercia and everyone never does anything they only care about getting the rent on time even tho they change that as they see fit.Worst agency ever

Alec Massel is so unprofessional. They block your electricity and water without any warning. They don't call you back or reply to emails. It is the worst agency I ever have. They very quick to block the stuff what you need most. Water really I wonder if they would stay without water for months. And when you have little children. They are not people they are unfeeling no hearted. The service is bad.

Please don’t rent here.Very poor service. They just want money, they don’t care about clients.Lindi from the Bruwers is the worst. I’ve never experienced such rudeness. She just looks for the first way out of a situation without helping you.

I stay at 260 on kingfisher Avenue complex. Very unprofessional agency. Dont care about their tenants and clients all they care about is rent yo be payed.Unfortunately bussiness and clientele is build on trust and the way this company is treating its clients is very apauling to say the least.
