Great service. Guys came out over the festive season so I could collect my new machines. They also provide training. Huge selection of equipment and accessories.

Possibly the worst service in Africa. My chainsaw which was bought at Reef Chainsaw was serviced by Reef Chainsaw Center in Krugersdorp after it was becoming difficult to start. On 3 November 2017 I paid R1779.20 to have it serviced and replace a piston which was worn. After promising every day to have it ready, I got the Husqvarna 346XP back after about 10 days. It ran for approx 20 minutes when it became obvious that something was wrong. Taking it back to Reef Chainsaw resulted in being told that we rushed the technician which is why there is a problem, 10 days is obviously not long enough to service a chainsaw. Now Reef Chainsaw wants just over R3000 to fix the chainsaw. The photo shows very clear damage to the piston and cylinder, which was after the service and only 20 minutes of running the chainsaw. The technician blamed us for having the wrong fuel oil mixture which is strange because we are using Husqvarna 2 stroke oil in a dedicated chainsaw mixing tank and the other chainsaw that uses the same fuel is still running fine. I would definitely never use this company again because either there is something seriously wrong with the Husqvarna Brand or there is something seriously wrong with Reef Chainsaw center- either way I will never deal with them again. They have an arrogant attitude and are very quick to point fingers at what is clearly their poor service. I have a piece of Husqvarna scrap in a box, so now I am going to buy another Adendorff cheap chainsaw that costs less to buy than a small Husqvarna chainsaw costs to maintain.
