Ordered from Anat the glen the worst food that I have ever tasted. Was so looking forward to the meal then rubbish was delivered. If it was not 4 the lockdown I would have sent it back. Rubbish in a pack. Chips looked as if they were fried b4 the lockdown n reheated 4 delivery today. Took photos which I will be sharing. Its like they taking advantage of the fact that we can not take it back.

Standing waiting to be served as there was another customer before me. I saw he waited a bit and he walked away shaking his head... Wandering why... I go up to the counter.. The lady looks at me and ignores me, I wait.. She looks at me no greeting but with a what do you want look and says he will help you. Ok just like that. Gentleman comes to assist me with no effort I greet him how are you and he says hi and that was it as if he was doing me a favour by helping me. .. I'm busy placing the order and he looks at me if I'm taking up his time by deciding and adding on to my order. I cancelled the order after that and he mumbled something to me. I don't know what. I then asked who's the owner I would like to talk to them no response.. Told him that your service and hospitality is shocking... That never bothered him. The other staff members around were not even bothered... Disgusting sercive!!!

I was served an expired cooldrink & never contacted by the owner

We bought 3 falafals on Sunday 6 Dec around 3.15pm from Glen shopping mall. They were on special. Later on when we ate them, all three tasted awful. Bread was stale and smelly. Maybe they tried to clear old stock. Never expected. Beware!!

No etiquette or manners in the sales department. These people have lots to learn regarding customer service. If it were not for their quality in the confectionery / bakery division, I would never do business with them.

At least once a month I get burgers from ANAT. They're consistent and reliable, which helps make the experience pleasing since I specifically know what I want. Often times I always go for the reliable option since food quality can make a good day better or bad depending on what you try. I appreciate the consistency, in quality and customer service. Thank you.
