Pulled up and had a choice of McDonald's or RocoMamasDecided to try RocoMamas but very slow on service and value for money if you looking to fill the hunger gap McDonalds win hands down service and speed.My overall opinion is that Wimpy still the best burger rand value.RocoMamas not bad but lacks rand value for me sadly I will not be back.

Management has changed for the better. Burgers were tasty better than before. We had burgers Mushroom&Whizz, Bacon, Avo & Guac & a Chicken Club. The skinny chips are crispy!There are always 3 Limited Edition Specials that change regularly. There is a Set Menu Special that looks Yummty, with a starter & dessert for the sweet tooth, see the photo!!

This RocoMamas certainly delivered great flavour. The service was excellent and attention to detail from staff was much appreciated. The food was ready in good timing and my Buffalo Strips were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of sauce. The RocoMocha was the perfect ending on a cold afternoon. Will definitely visit again. PS: The portion was much bigger, I did eat some before taking the pic :)

This Roccomammas has the absolute best service I’ve ever received from almost every restaurant I’ve ever been too. It’s a place that values loyalty, customer satisfaction and impeccable quality in their products. I have been going here for the past 3 years and I can honestly say there has never been one time I have every been disappointed by this place. Well deserved of 5 Stars, my waiter in particular, Sean, does the most for his customers

Disappointing experience today. Not sure that the CrackerJack flavours [No.1] go together. The maple syrup & bacon is great with chicken but tasted odd with a beef patty, but maybe that is just me. Burgers were slapped together and literally thrown in the boxes. We were given cold chips which were inedible and tasted like they had been fried in old oil. The worst part though - besides the horrible waste of money - was the abrasive & borderline rude manner of the staff member who took our order. It is as if our very presence offended her. I certainly will not be back.

Not my first time visiting this store. Each time it has been a great experience with fantastic burgers and the waffles are great too.Enjoy the service, the food, the atmosphere. The kids enjoy building and play jenga like games with the large wooden blocks too.

Ordered via uber eats & opted to collect my dinner thinking that that I can arrive once the order was ready. To my surprise I get there and the lady by the till tells me that my order was not yet ready so I waited 20 minutes despite my order being completed at 17:16 as per the app. So I make a fuss and guess what my order was packed and waiting on the side for 20 minutes.I get home and open the food and the everything was cold. Such awful service especially for the amount of money spent for 3 meals.

Would love to give a positive review on Manager Koketso Selomo at Rocco Mamas Randburg.He assisted me with a complaint recently, and without any hesitation or questions he quickly resolved my issue .He was incredibly friendly and such an absolute pleasure to talk to.He has great work ethic with an approachable and warm personality.I really wish they were more Managers like you in the food industry.My family and i will definitely be making more visits to your store.Thank you for the amazing customer service !
