I called the shop today, in a respectful and kind manner (the way any human does) to ask a simple question. I was then mocked and made of by the employee who answered the phone out of the blue. I am shocked people. I could've sworn making jokes and insulting customers is not part of the job description? At your grown age, you really thought you did something. All you need to do is your job.Simply for the disappointingly rude and unprofessional service I received from this employee over the phone, I will be damned if those 4 walls ever see my business again.

Brilliant service! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. They really made me smile ☺ might need to make this my permanent go-to Postnet.

I received the worst service ever!! When I walked in, I heard someone complaining that their stuff disappeared from their usb, and the cashier told them their usb had a virus. Same thing happened to me and someone else as soon as we put our usb into their computers. Which took them 10 minutes to come and help me. Activate your antivirus and stop being lazy and claiming we are coming there with empty usb’s We are not stupid enough to drive to you with an empty memory stick!!! Get people who kindly help customers as well.

This is useless place thanks to Rymend that works there. It takes 3 days to print 30 pages, I do understand that they must wait for toner but if you phone me on the 3 day and I explain what you must do......then arrive later and find out it was not done. What do you think will happen then. Later we phoned to find out we're is my USB, then this little boy place me on speaker in the store so that everybody can hear what I'm saying and that is unprofessional from him. I will recommend stay away from this posnet. If Raymend is allowed to do this to one customer. He will do this to everyone.

Absolute terrible. After receiving an email letter requesting me to pay the annual renewal fee I then requested them multiple times over many weeks and months to simply email the tax invoice for the postbox renewal. When I phone, they say I must email. When I email, get nothing. Any single reply or some form of response effort by phone or email would help. What business require a customer to beg for an invoice? Pathetic. My box is probably now suspended... goodbye then PostNet Glenfair.

I visited this branch for the first time ever on 27 July when I needed to print booklets for a memorial service on 28 July. Raymond assisted me and everything went well. When I returned to the store to pick up the printing, he asked me to check everything. Everything seemed to be in place and there was more than 300 pages to count. Instead, I trusted that everything he said was there, was there. Is it not his responsibility to check it as well? Paid my bill of R2597.50 and took everything home to cut and assemble. When at home we realized that we were 15 x 4 copies (contents of the booklet) short. This is the evening before the memorial. We needed 60 booklets and I was left with 45. I contacted the store immediately the next morning and Raymond kept saying that it was my fault as I should've checked everything. When I went back after the memorial service, he refused to give me a refund for the R510 I paid for booklets I never received. Instead, he printed the additional copies after I explained that the memorial was already this morning and I don't need it anymore. This was so disrespectful and I will never visit this store again - EVER.
