They don't answer their phones....i have been trying to get hold of them for 2 weeks yet I can't even get hold of the office. My daughter needs a birth certificate to apply for matric asap and they are not helping after I have submitted all documents required.

Would give zero stars if I could. Service is absolutely appaling. This is the second WHOLE day I am spending in a line, which moves at a snail’s pace. First day I cued from 03:00 am until 14:00 pm to apply for a passport. Today I have been cueing since 8:00 am to collect my passport, but alas 4 hours later and I am still not in the building. #notgoodenough #wastingprecioustime #passports.

Worst services ever. Rather go to home affairs Naboomspruit, their services are the best there. Wasted my time by trying to call whether my docs were ready. If it was possible I would rate them a minus five out of five. Worst ever！

Words can not describe the bad service we get here, it is probably the worst I have ever experienced. Systems always offline. The people there get paid a whole day for doing nothing. No rating from me, I mean there is nothing to rate

I was so disappointed since arriving at the home affairs at 08H00 in the morning,they helped me 14H15am I was with 2 pensions my father and mother,I was very much disappointed can you please make samething about this home affairs,am here to change the surname from my mother's side to my father,it was a dellema shame um

Was in the queue for a substantial time, since 07h30, yes but this was offset with friendly staff and credible honest information. Ben thank you, your team was good to us and thank you for your time and advice. We left the country, safely and we are back from holiday. Thank you!
