Bike rental. Specialized Carbon. Excellent service , came in on public holiday to meet me no problem. Highly recommended! Situated on route to Chappies climb and other direction to Cape Town via the coast - best cycling route, some say in the world.

I have not been impressed with their ability to detect an issue and solve it. I was once advised to buy an entire new frame due to a crack and luckily a fellow customer suggested it could be fixed by a shop a few roads away, so saved a frame and a fortune. Have also received the bike back in not 100% working order only to take it straight to another bike shop where they fixed it in about 45 seconds perfectly.

The front mech on my rental road bike seized up on the bottom of Chappies and I was lucky that the nice folks at The Complete Cyclist were a short ride away. They fixed it (for free!) and I was able to get back on the road for a bucket list ride. Thanks so much, fellas!

Canot thank Andre & the mechanics at the Complete Cyclist enough. We dropped in on our tandem with a derailleur gear changing problem to book a time to fix it. As we were on a run they just told us to get a coffee next door & ithey'll come for us when it's done. 15 minutes later Andre came for us. We paid a very reasonable bill & continued on our run. They could not have been more helpful, friendly & competent. The 'go to place' for everything for your cycling.

Rented a road bike and an E bike from the Complete Cyclist in April 2019. The service from Andre and the team was excellent, bikes were in great condition and we also received some good advice about the best routes to take. Prices were also reasonable. Will look to rent again from here. Fully recommend.
