MONTE ROSA
Went to visit a family member today absolutely horrified no records are kept of the whereabouts of this person unable to find a spare key to her room to see if she was perhaps dead in bed the passages are dark and the property is very very poorly kept where the elderly go to smoke or relax after meals is filthy and has not been mopped for months a coat of paint in many areas would not be a bad idea absolutely horrified please lord don't let me or any familly member or any other aged person end up there

Sent an enquiry to Rogelim Monte Rosa 6 weeks ago asking about space for my father. Today the email was deleted (read receipt) - no response. Pity my father died this weekend though. The lack of courtesy and basic good business principles is disgusting!

MONTE ROSA
Originally built and used as a hospital, it is now home to the aged. A place with beautiful old architecture that now is a government old age home. Being able to sit in the garden to watch the birds or ducks is a welcome and peaceful retreat. Not many government retirement homes for the aged can boast about this feature.
