Overall good experience. Just a different experience from other Shoprites. For instance you cannot use shopping carts from other shops and you cannot put shoprite bags in the parcel counter, which makes absolutely no sense. Great staff

It's a nice shopping complex, and will be much better if they will start including movie theatre in the Mall to upgrade lives of surrounding communities.

Yo! It's so flippin bad. Today I was returned from the door to go que at main entrance. I asked why don't they put someone at main entrance. Yo! The response! The security guard was so rude and told me to ask the manager and the manager pretended to be on a call so I left for better service ar pick n Pay. Out of ten I raid them 0.

To long lines and shortage of cashier helpers but rather than that number one, one last thing you should focus on is the soft drinks fridges like coke cola they are not cold

All you need is there but standing in long queue to pay. The icecream we bought melted. Need a quicker pay exit. Blessings in abundance. May the Lord bless you all.

After 2022 heavy rains outside bricks of a wall collapsed. Posing danger to security officials who patrol the area or to any public person who might have been standing against or nearby. That gives ??? About who approved building inspection during construction. Right now I not certain about the stability of the intire building. I arge responsible department to investigate the matter before we loose lifes.
