I called and made an appointment for the 14th of December last year.I spoke with the receptionist and she took my details, and advised that someone would contact me.Michael contacted me and we arranged to meet on the Friday. I took leave and waited for him to arrive.I then called their office and was told that Michael no longer worked there as of Wednesday.I complained about the service and was advised that the owner would contact me to rectify the problem... in still waiting.I consider this really poor service.

Good company, quite a few short cuts taken with the plumbing install in my home, nothing critical however. (Hot cold connected wrong way round, pipes not secured in roof, fittings under zinc not properly fastened. - all easy fixes)Quite difficult to get a hold of the company.

Very Disappointing service received. Have Called 3x times since 8am in the morning with promises to call back and yet nothing. Already half through the day and now had to get in contact with someone else.
