Waited for an hour... Watched, while waiting in the cold, while the staff took lunch and customers were just expected to wait. Would have been great if we had been told so we could decide if we wanted to wait or not...but by then the car was washed already, wet and needed the interior to be cleaned. May have lived with this if my car was actually clean when I left. Shook my own carpets out when I got home to get the sand out. Windscreen still dirty and interior not even wiped down. Overall super unimpressed. Was so hoping for good service as on my way home.

My vehicle was damaged on the bumper while being vacummed. The owner of the garage was very rude and arrogant when I showed her the invoice of R1500 to repair the bumper.

Very good service, however, i would have liked to have someone there when I arrived to show me the ropes, advise on prices, and purchase a ticket from? A very long wait in the hot sun. Also, whilst we were waiting for the car to be dried and vacuumed, there was no where to sit. The table & benches available were out in the blazing hot sun and no umbrella to give shade. A bit disappointed, otherwise all good.

Very very slow service from the petrol attendants and it’s been like this for a few years. This service station was not historically incompetent but it seems recently the staff are on a deliberate go slow, maybe the management is poor, I don’t know. The shop has been very well stocked for years but recently it’s seen a downturn and the lines are also very long and slow.

absolutely terrible experience here at this garage filling fuel don't employ people who are going cause you to loose money!!! tipped the guy and pay cashed for fuel he spoke to his fellow attendant about me in izulu with vulgar words i know izulu very well he assumed i didn't . i did not confront him but it's best i will fill fuel some were else .

Very good car wash situated in the BP service station at cadcades. Friendly staff and a waiting area. Happy with my cars cleaning.

The seating area is in the sun, so get burnt by the sun while you wait for your car. The carwash itself is not thorough, they don’t vaccum the car properly and they leave the inner surfaces covered in the greasy substance they use to polish.Did I mention there’s no gazebo covering the waiting area? Rain and blazing sun, you get them all.

Service is terrible half shampoo my car that took them 45 mins to do no order attitude is extremely bad never come here again
