Esculency Catering

When arriving in Swiss Ranch, it looked like a large canteen hall, there was nothing to it. When you start looking around you find all the other aspects of the business. It is a place that has been setup for functions, a real venue that has its space.I had the starter of Prawns in a cream sauce, that was served the same way you would serve snails. Good size prawns, and a nice flavor. But I would not put the bread into the centre in the sauce, I would give that option to the customer.I had the Chicken and Prawn Curry, and was very dissapointed in it.there was real no aroma and flavor too it. They used alot of tumeric spice as there base and I could really not taste the curry,it tasted more like alot of chicken spice than anything else.I had the Volcano Dessert, and even that was a let down, there was not volcano about the dessert. I think it was maybe just one of those days where everything went wrong for the kitchen or something.

This is pathetic, nobody answers the telephone, sometimes it doesn't even ring, on instagram i got one reply, other than that the msgs are just being read and ignored.
