20/3/2021 Visited Multi Flora Centre, to actually purchase glassware from Grandiflora. I noticed these beautiful but common round floral arrangements and decided to take a few photos not to because it looked lovely . A woman came after me saying “no photos no photos” I said oh really they are lovely anyway, where is you signage saying no photos? She repeated muttered, I said no photos, it’s not allowed here,! I said fine put up a sign then, so people like me will be aware! Just rude and mannerless!Reading other reviews on here, I will not shop at Flower Zone either!!

This shop is situated inside the Multiflora. The biggest flower shop in the mall. Their prices is also the best. They make hand bouquets, shoulder bouquets, bridal flowers and much more. They are very busy, so be sure to place your orders early.

My husband bought an arrangement of red and white roses yesterday and this morning half of the roses were already dead.This is totally unexceptable and for the price of R600 a total rip off!

Very good salespeople who lose interest as soon as you've paid. They don't answer phones and are very unresponsive. The flowers they delivered for our wedding were closed, after I repeatedly asked them to ensure the lilies would be open on the day. Also, once they heard it was a wedding, they increased their per stem prices by about 30% on the floor and told us the previous salesperson had the prices wrong.

The service was great at first then turned out a complete mess. Every brides nightmare!!! What I ordered and paid for is not what I got! My flowers arrived at 4.15 and the wedding started at 4.30. They put their phones off! My lily's weren't ready, they were all closed! It was a huge waste of money and time!!! Horrible service! Or my sales lady was just terrible at her job after the deal is closed!

Frustrating experience, no communication and no response to phone calls. Flowers were for belated Mothers day and now they just arrived 2 days later after I have complained and followed up. Highly disappointed and no longer excited!
