Layby gone wrongWhy are you guys emailing me to say my query is resolved" it is not resolved!!!! I need assistance feedback help my money back ASAP!!! Your sales consultant at the American Swiss branch in Westgate Mitchell's Plain has made this error and now I am struggling because I have to do the run around for my money!!!! I need a call from a manager asap for this to be resolved today still or I'll be going to social media!!!!My wedding is soon and I still don't have my ring.I'll never ever make a layby or open an account with TFG again."

Very Bad Service Today.I entered the store and the Shop Assistant was Alone. She was on a call for 15 min while We were there. No acknowledgement. No Sorry I'll be with you now, Nothing.Another customer entered. She was acknowledged and she even told the person on the phone that this customer just walked in. Me and my mother inlaw where looking around and waiting for another 10 minute and then left to promenade Mall. The assistance there was awesome. Friendly and hands on staff.
