didn't know the skatepark became a playground, old ladies and small kids riding scooter, and the sign says bikes and scooters should not skate while skateboarders are around, and ive noticed how the rail went missing, fix the park 2, fixing everything else not the park

For a luxury apartment swimming pool is always dirty especially in summer .Clubhouse toilet is always dirty and disgusting.Stairs and dustbin areas are never cleaned properly even thou the complex has numerous cleaners who simply wonder around at times around the complex making loud noise .No matter how faithful you are in rent payment ..even if you have stayed for years and never missed a payment ..the day you ask to please pay few days late due to a crisis ..they will not care and cut off all your access ..internet ..electricity and access to the gate .They are only good to you before you sign and move inAnd ofcourse they will reply with "we are sorry to hear this ect ..." for marketinf purpose knowing very well ...They will never attend to your mattersLoud music from tenants ...you may complain and nothing will be done .For that much money ..No Thank you"

We've lived here for almost a year, maintenance is questionable, we've had a shower leak and someone came to fix it but it was still not right. Months later we were told we are leaking and damaging the apartment below us, despite them reporting the issue forever and us reporting the leak. The security that was here was super rude with people who came to visit us but there is new security that is going better.

Numbering of units can be confusing. Not well designed

Don’t move here!The name definitely misleading, nothing luxurious about this estate. Have lived here for 3 years and it’s as loud and rowdy as a complex in Braamfontein and definitely not for families.The people have no regard for others, loud music till early hours of the morning even when reported to guards you complaints are not taken seriously.People with big dogs who bark till the early hours of the morning and climb on tables and dogs that roam around the complex unsupervised likes street dogs. Young people blasting music having and car washes and smoking dagga.Super lazy cleaners who don’t even take the time to clean ths gym properly. They clean the treadmill while you are working out on it (very rude)People who dont dispose of trash properly and onions and tomato peel’s everywhere on the floor. Its all not worth it to be honest. Maybe the free wifi but nothing to it. People with messy balconies that ruin your view.Don’t move here, especially if you want a decent night’s sleep otherwise just move to braam/melville, not worth the hefty rent.

Stayed here for a year. Service to get us in was fantastic. Thereafter, the worst attitude from the Houss agents. On in-going inspection the damaged vanity in the spare bathroom was to be replaced. On out-going inspection we are expected to pay for it as it was never replaced. We had to prove with dated images that we didn't damage the vanity.The return deposit was not the correct amount, now we are fighting to get the correct amount.Our car was damaged by the neighbors and the emails we sent about it were never responded to.Will not recommend this estate or Houss rentals to anyone.
