The order turnaround times exceeded my expectations. I placed the order very late and was worried that my daughter would not get the books in time for her first lessons but was pleasantly suprised to get a message alerting me that the fist batch of the order was ready for pick-up.

Order placed on Dec/16.No feedback since. More than a month has passed and school is well underway.They never pick up the phone. They never respond to emails.What a joke. I have no idea why schools insist we order books through this pittance. Absolutely appalling.

Each time I order from Caxton, I have to wait MONTHS for my books. Please don't advertise X amount of business days until you can collect, when its actually months that you have to wait. Why take on so many schools when you cannot keep up with the demand? I ordered books in November, school has already started, and I still don't have my books. No email updates from you guys either. When I called, I was told there's no ETA on when the books will arrive. Looks like very bad planning on your guys end, because the same things happen each year.

Firstly caxtons. My service when in the shop couldn't be faulted but someone needs to read the comments on the website. Id uploaded a request for a change from pick up to delivery but it wasn't followed up on. Anyway. We got the books and all is well. Thanks

I am extremely happy with the manner in which Caxton and its appointed courier company handled my order - ensuring that were the order was incomplete I was duly advised, and that I did eventually receive my entire order without any issues. Very professional service.

I booked and paid for my kids school stationery. Some we have to wait for the suppliers and other came soon after ordering. They make it clear that they know which books are still to be received on the invoice page. It even states that they will envision to supply it as soon as it arrives. No negatives to add, just the wait. It helps greatly to order immediately once you receive the stationery/textbook/workbook order from the school (usually sept of the current year of study), so as not to end up waiting into the first quarter of the new academic year. That happened to us the previous year, and it was disastrous, kids didn't have certain books and it was close to the end of the first term already.

No communication about delivery, after purchase you get informed of 2-3weeks delay, then unplanned delivery even when there’s a note to make contact beforehand. Disrespect from the person that communicates with the courier guys, lack of client centric. No direct contact with client. Just a big mess and a waste of time dealing with this people.

I did not have a good 1st-time buyer experience!.The book shown online was Not the book they had in stock(I received a personal apology instore saying it was the company mistake) The school was very specific as to what book they required, hence me ordering what I seen online. I requested a refund as I now need to find the correct book for my daughter. One person said they are a online store so you will get a voucher! I told her I need to money back so I can buy the book my child needs! She then said I need to fill in a form for EFT refund , when I went instore, another person said there is No form to be filled in and all refunds gets done at the end of the month. i was told that Joy would contact me, as at today, she has not made contact. !!

Ordering online went well and when I experienced a login problem the Caxton team sorted it out quickly. I appreciate the communication regarding items that they were not able to deliver due to delays.
