Such a beautiful venue. The food is amazing! Such great photo opportunities

We had our wedding at Bergvallei in 2020 and it was magnificent! This year we had the celebration part of our wedding. The staff went out of their way to make our day special. The place was beautifully made up and they have plenty of space for excellent photos. We also especially love their wooden dance floor. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. They made sure that all the regulations for Lockdown level 1 were followed (in 2020). The rooms were lovely, clean and neat. One of the things I love about the venue is that it only caters for one wedding at a time, which means all their attention is on you. I would recommend this venue to anyone. They also do flowers and ours were perfect. Thanks Vanessa and Natalie for attentive and personal service and going out of your way to make our day special.

An absolutely beautiful venue and amazing staff who made our wedding day perfect. Vanessa helped us feel relaxed (even during a global pandemic) and they made us feel as though we were the only people getting married.The food was delicious and the staff friendly.I loved every second of it and wouldn't have wanted my special day anywhere else.

I attended a wedding a couple of months ago and found the venue to be terribly disappointing. On arrival was directed down a poor road to the parking nearby the room we rented.I immediately had a bad feeling about whether or not the venue was secure because I could see an informal settlement nearby with no proper security between it and the parking/room we had booked. Even when taking photos after the wedding the settlement was visible which spoilt the ambience.There was some confusion and awkwardness waiting outside the chapel" but the actual "chapel" and ceremony was quite nice. The reception hall was way too big for the number of guests and the budget spent - the hall is large and would be beautiful if filled with a lot of decor. Our experience of this venue overpassed my expectations tremendously. Vanessa and Natalie was always available and went above and beyond to make everything we wanted happen. The staff was very friendly and efficient. This is a beautiful venue with so many photo opportunities. It's very spacious and open. The white exterior is beautiful in contrast with the gorgeous colours of the flowers and plants everywhere you look. The food was great and our guests loved it. Our day was everything I dreamed of and I would highly recommend this venue as it is also one of the more affordable ones. You won't be sorry.

Amazingly quiet , relaxing and it has that ambiance that is laid back ,clean and value for money . Thanks Lucy for checking on me and my (Kids) for housekeeping offering clean towels. The beds were super comfortable.

We had a beautiful experience at Bergvallei for our wedding on the 2nd December 2022. Vanessa and Natalie were so welcoming. They ensured that we got the best day. The food was DELICIOUS, the venue is BREATH TAKING. In a nutshell it is perfect and made every single one of us, including our guest happy.

Attended a beautiful wedding unfortunately when it came to the rooms they were a disappointment. Dirty room, Dirty linen and in need of general maintenance and up keep.
