Sales assistant was friendly and helpful however being an exclusive jewellery store and not providing proper packaging for a product purchased is very dissapointing especially since it was for a gift.Most definitely wouldn't visit sterns again.

This Phoenix plaza Sterns, a branch of the Fochini group has really disappointing customer service. With stuff more interested in gossiping with friends visiting the business rather than helping paying customers. A rude manager with no people skills. Using vulgarity over the phone while customers are in the shop.....shocking to say the least. This is not the same shopping experience I enjoyed at the foschini group 10 years back.Regional managers step in and do your duty and save this bussiness from ruins.We have seen big bussiness close when left with incompetent people. Sad and concerned customer.
