I have read all the positive reviews and cannot believe that I have to write this. I was sold a generator on the 29th November with the promise that I will have it within a few days. In fact before 10th December. I am still waiting. I am angry at Escom, and Cutters has disappointed me terribly. I realise that it's a bad time of the year, but don't make promises that you cannot keep.I wish you would do something to change my review.

Brilliant assistance and parts for my old rolux lawnmower a few weeks ago. Was my first time to Cutters. Lovely shop, great products, excellent staff! Great service from Daniel & Manny. We run an animal sanctuary on a plot and we need to keep the grass short. The grass/ bush is quite hard on the machine and it took its toll on the brushcutter. The machine was perfectly repaired, in time and the service was outstanding.

I purchased a Husqvarna G8500P generator from Cutters and dealt with Daniel. What a great experience it was dealing with this company. Good old fashioned sales and service. The day I collected my generator I was given full training and instructions inside the workshop by a very friendly technician. An all-round delightful shopping experience and I will certainly be back to shop at Cutters again as I eyed a lovely Husqvarna chainsaw in their showroom which is next on my list!
