Mountain Club Rooftop Bistro
When I stayed at the hotel we came up here a couple times for food and drinks and I had a good time on both occasions. The second time I came I only had cocktails but the first time we did have food and I did enjoy my meal. We started with a few drinks - the Mountain Club on the Rocks and a glass of Prosecco - and shared a few appetizers. We had Potato Truffle Fries, Zucchini Fries, BBQ Teriyaki Wings, and Fish Tacos. Everything tasted great, the fries weren't soggy (especially the zucchini which some restaurants don't bread them correctly), and the fish in the tacos was fresh and well-breaded. The wings were amazing and perfectly cooked - they were tender, well-seasoned, and definitely the star. Both the bartender and the server were really nice and made our visit great. The rooftop bar area was also spectacular, the view of Table Mountain is definitely breathtaking but it was so cold at night that I had to wave the white flag! I really enjoyed this bar and would love to come back to this hotel!

Beutifull view its a view of a lifetime. Food is delicious especially if you are a sushi person this is a place to be. The cocktails are exquisite with a pool for cooling down.

Highly recommend this venue next time you are looking for incredible food, great cocktails, and a stunning view! Good selection of cocktails and the food were plated and arranged with perfection. We didn't have to wait too long for it to arrive either, which is always a plus!I'm definitely returning here soon. From the moment we stepped in, everyone was extremely friendly and professional.I would recommend you bring a jacket if there's some wind, it can get chilly or ask the friendly and professional staff for a blanket.

To find this “well rated restaurant” as quiet as it was we should have realized and gone somewhere else. First I spoke to our waiter in his own language and he assured me that the meal would be better than what we had the night before at Soi Bar which was amazing. Our drinks where disappointing as was our meal, overpriced and way below average. Not recommendable.

Mountain Club Rooftop Bistro
Loved it here. The rooftop has loads of seating with lively music (you have to walk through the hotel reception and take the lift to get to the restaurant). It can definitely be fun with a group of people. You get a stunning full view of table mountain. Inside there's extra seating and a bar counter. The chicken pizza we had was amazing. Waitress was also very nice and helpful. Would definitely go again.

Was very disappointed. Booked for five family members as a treat. Did not meet our expectations. There were two other tables in the restaurant (so not busy) with us. The waiter took another tables drinks order before submitting ours, only to come back to tell us that the item wasn’t available, we ordered again and yet again he came to tell us that also wasn’t available. Happened again with the food order after 10 minutes of waiting. When the food did arrive there were missing components on each dish.Waiters only had the bar staff and back of house to blame yet they should know the menus and what should be on the plates. When asking for recommendations we stated we at across the road the night before and he proceeded to tell us that they better drinks and food.Maybe just a bad day but really don’t recommend eating here. Rather eat at SoyBar

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. It did not meet the expectations seem on the reviews. I ordered the truffle chips which came with Parmesan. I received plain chips. I sent it back as it was incorrect and they brought it back with truffle oil and still no cheese. I sent it back again. The sushi was slightly disappointing as the rice was over cooked as well as the prawn. They also did not have the ingredients for most cocktails as well as not having beef fillet and shoe string fries. This was only told to us 20 minutes after ordering the food, which makes no sense. They should have told us within 5 minutes of ordering the meal as we were the only ones in the restaurant.
