My son (6) has been taking Kung Fu classes here for about a year or so. Hennie is a great teacher and really takes the time to help and connect with the kids. It's a great activity and lots of fun. 100% would recommend!

I'd wanted to learn Tai Chi for a long time. Mark is both a patient and knowledgeable teacher of the art, with an encyclopedic knowledge of both Tai Chi, and the history, traditions, techniques and approaches of Tai Chi. I feel very privelidged to have him teach so close to me.

Whilst true to the principles and fundamentals of martial arts, teaching is also practical and application focused and explored the more subtle aspects of breathing and Qi.

Hennie is a patient trainer with a sense of humour. His understanding of human nature takes his training to a higher quality. After several years of a different kind of taichi I am learning a different but interesting world and happily!
