Hayley is an excellent physio with a wonderful and charming personality! I went to her some years ago with some pretty debilitating back pain and she sorted me out in a couple of sessions - and I've been free of pain ever since! I would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone without reservation!

I attended Pilates classes with Hayley in England for over two years. I started classes three months after discectomy surgery for a herniated disc in my lower back and wanted to attend a specialist class where the instructor understood your medical history and exercises were at an appropriate level.Hayley is an excellent instructor; she is really knowledge and takes time to ensure exercises are tailored to the needs of each person. Over the time I have attended classes my flexibility and strength have improved greatly. I would highly recommend classes with Hayley to anyone who wants to improve their flexibility, core strength and general wellbeing.

I had a strain in my forearm; Hayley was terrific. I went away, feeling much better after a single session. Best physio in the south!!
