The service was very bad. The pricing where wrong but the expected me to pay the price i didn't see. And no apologies from the cashier nor the manager.

Bad service at the dispensary, they are too slow to attend to customers, for only 120 tablets i had to wait almost 15min,thats after waiting 30min at the que,some customers left with their prescriptions

How are there only 2 pharmacists dispensing - with a queue of people waiting for assistance. Most pathetic dischem I've been to in SA!

The service at this place is excellent. And there is this guy John he goes extra mile when assisting clients. Best customer service

The clinic was one of the best now its a government institute the nurse staff are not professional they charged me for baby wellness but didn't check my baby at all.The immunizations was just hand written in the clinic book usually they would show you which immunization the baby will get and the expiration date and then stick the label in the book. shew this experience was horrible

What an awful experience.I took a prescription which a very arrogant, useless dispensary staff memeber, (big lady with glasses) refused to dispense ... as per her not as per law requirements. What the hell!!!!!The prescription was on a doctors script letterhead, signed, with all relevant practice details.Yet, she refused and said there is no Practice number and that it cannot be processed.I explained to her, the document,as it was clear she couldn't read, was most certainly arrogant, reluctant to help and the conversation got heated .... so I advised she was useless, and told her to shut the F@^#&$ up,and that I would be reporting the matter to head office.I even went as far, to speak to the assistance store manager on duty, and he too was unwilling to assist.It was extremely clear that they are of ignorant and tallious behaviour, definitely had a problem with me,as white citizen and arrogant enough to show it.What unacceptable behaviour, I will never support this store again and will most definitely tell everyone I know about this incident, and you as a corporate company and service provider will lose however small, bit ads to your overall income and takings, from this dreadful incident.From what I've noted on this review platform, there is most definitely a trend of complaints about this store, and therefore, you as Dischem management,should pay more attention to what is going on in and around your stores ... and take those to task, that transgressed against customer service ethos and deliverance.#Dischemmallofthenorthpoorservice#Dischemmallofthenorthunexceptablebehaviour#Dischemmallofthenorthdisciplinaryaction

The area manager at this store lacks empathy, i had to return formula to exchange for another type because they been out of stock on his original formula, but baby had a reaction and i had to exchange, the assistant manager even said you can just go and see who to give, thankful for Dischem Call customer centre that helped me and found me a store that had empathy of the situation and asissted me

The best service i have received in Polokwane.The pharmacist left her table to help me get meds on the shelf.Even when it was busy. Thank you!!!!!!
