I was disappointed as it was my first time using the delivery option for the order. I ordered the food at 16:45 and requested it to be delivered at 18:00. I waited a whole hour from the delivery time requested, I ended up collecting the order in store. I found out that there is 1 driver between Fishaways and Steers.I don’t think it’s wise to have 1 driver between Fishaways and Steers for the deliveries. It is not effective nor efficient, please look into having your own driver/s

Ordered food for delivery @ 14:37. Phoned them @ 16:05 enquiring about the delivery. They informed me that the driver will leave immediately with our order. Received order @ 17:00. Food was ice cold. Gave it to my dog. Pathetic is an absolute understatement!

I'd rather travel to Despatch Steers than to order food at Uitenhage Steers, chicken fillets are dry and chips are brown and over cooked. Steers in Despatch food is fresher and tastes better.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Waste of money! I ordered a chicken leg quarter and chips. The chicken was flavourless, undercooked and the skin was rubber like. I would never waste my money like this again! Do not recommend.

Disgusted and totally unacceptable service. Poor customer service. Just ordered online (wacky Wednesdays), the rolls were soaking wet, the chicken white and without flavour. It seems like it was just taken out of the water and placed on the burger. My daughter found the core of the lettuce on her burger. Now imagine having to eat that. We pay for a decent meal and end up with food like this. I took pics of the food, where do I post it. I'm very disappointed
