Absolute best treatment ever received for our furbabyHe was poisoned and his life was saved by this hospital. They came out at 3 in the morning and would not let up until our baby was treated, better and ready to come home, with constant calls of updates (we didn't even have to phone in, before we could they already had us on the line updating us every step of the way) unbelievable care, true love for animals. It's hard to find this now days. To top it off, absolutely affordable, our bill was at least half than what we expected it to be.Thank you doctors for saving our baby's life!!!!

The doctors here are phenomenal and they really do care. They take the time to explain things and treat my doggo with such care. Even let me bring a comfort toy with for my baby while she was being held for examination. Always greeted with a smile.

Without a doubt, the best vet we have ever been too. Doctor Tertius is the most caring and compassionate vet I've ever met. Everyone is incredibly friendly and they all know my name and the names of my doggies. How many businesses can say that?I've read a few reviews stating that this veterinary hospital only cares about money. I truly believe they are confusing Kempton Veterinary Hospital with another veterinary hospital. Doctor Tertius has perform a few home visits by us and each time we paid when we visited the hospital. Maybe a day or 2 later. I've never had to prepay as some have suggested in this review column.Kempton Veterinary Hospital is the vet for my beloved doggies.

The staff are always friendly and the Vets are always willing to go far and beyond for our fur babies. I started with them in 2018 when my fur kid was dying. She pulled through and is still with me today thanks to Tertius and Tinus. Now she has diabetes the love and care and compassion from these two wonderful men, my words aren't enough to express how grateful I am.

Took my cat there due to her not being able to eat on the 16th of February 2023, gingivitis caused a little mass due to two very bad teeth in her mouth. the mass was removed but the teeth were left in the cats mouth causing her more pain and frustration. then I take her back on the public holiday pay amazingly high rates to get told she mighy have a food allergy or immune system disease. No you saw her teerh when she was sedated you could have just removed the 2 problem teeth to end her pain and suffuring , but you wanted me to keep comimg back to make money out of me. Then you give her the highest amount of cortisone this animal can take and now she probably has liver failure. Had to take her to another vet to get the 2 teeth removed and she is already doing so much better. The other vet gave me the teeth and told me he can not think that this is in anyway humane to treat a cat and owner like this. By simply removing her two teeth she could have eaten so much beter from the start. No you wanted her to suffer because you wanted more money out of me. Disgusting

I would just like to write this review due to so many negative comments I have seen and read.I have been apart of this amazing Veterinary hospital for YEARS!All the staff members and the doctors know me, I am a very OVER PROTECTIVE mommy when it comes to my fur-babies.They ALL understand that and they always go out of their way to assist me no matter what my needs are.Doctor Thinus and Doctor Tertius are the most amazing people and doctors. Their love for their patients shows every single time I talk to them or visit them.The staff members in front (Ricky, Riaan, Chantal and Izaan not sure if i am leaving anyone out) are ALL the most kindest soft heart people and their LOVE for their patients do show no matter what they have to face on a daily bases.Everyone at this practice shows loves, empathy and respect towards their patients and their owners.Even the security guard Winston, he knows me by name and greets my fur-babies individually by name every single time we visit.I stay very far from this practice but I still ONLY deal with Doctor Thinus, because his knows every single baby of mine, and I will drive 2hours if I have to because I trust Doctor Thinus with my fur-babies lives.I will not see any other doctors and like i said all my trust is in the doctors and staff.Respect to all of you!

The staff are the best & the dr's really do care about the animals. Everyone is so friendly.

All the vets are very good. One of the receptionists can really be more friendly. Bad image created when you are so unfriendly and emotionless.

Hi, I would definitely recommend this Vet to anyone with rabbits. I have had multiple visits and the staff are very calm and helpful. They even assisted very nicely when I had a medical emergency with one of my rabbits. Can sometimes be busy but its due to the good care they offer to their patients and people seem to keep coming back as they know most people walking in the door. Very good and helpful vet no matter who you get assigned too. Would 100% recommend.
