Change me for parts which were not fitted.Rather stay away.

They have the worse service that I've ever experienced my whole life.I took my car in to get my locknuts removed because I lost the locknut key.They never told me that they are going to do any weilding on my rim.They said it will take an hour and they will phone me to pick up the car within the hour and they never did ..so I arrived there to only find out that they are closed. My car stood in a workshop the whole night who knows what could of happened to my car.I went this morning to pick my car up to only find that my rims have been damaged and i refused to pay.I asked to see the person in charge and the Gentlemen behind the counter just kept quite.Now i need to spend money to get my rims fixed.They will be hearing from my lawyers .I personally won't recommend they to anyone.

Overcharged.I was forced to pay genuine VW wheel bearing prices for aftermarket bearings (name etched on the bearing) costing a quarter of the price and lasted less than 1000km. Upon enquiry about the parts, I was informed that I was lying - apparently I am still, after 20 years of practicing medicine, unable to read.I was forced to pay for 2 inner CV joints and 2 stabiliser arms, all way in excess of recommended prices, whilst only the inner CV boots were replaced. Upon showing pictures of the old parts still fitted as was done by the factory in 2007, I was again told that I was lying. Apparently brand new parts immediately look 12 years old as soon as it is fitted.I was informed that parts could be replaced should there be a problem. But why would anybody have genuine parts in good order be replaced by cheap pirate parts that won't last a single trip?I guess being a woman gives people the right to overcharge you, make you pay for your own property and then treat you like an idiot.Do not support...................Below you can read the owner's lies.Upon my enquiry, he refused considering any refunds and insisted that he would only replace what was necessary.Meaning, of course, my car's original factory-fitted parts in good order which were not replaced but charged for, would be replaced with poor quality cheap parts. Who in their right mind would consider idiotic ideas like that?He insists that the car (now in running condion after replacing his overcharged poor quality wheel bearings), currently at home in Port Shepstone transporting children to and from school every day (15km one way), be transported to Sasolburg on a flatbed truck for him to inspect and repace my car's spare parts that do not require replacement. This leaves two children to walk to school and back every day, a running car to be transported 700km at the cost of at least R30000 (wherefore I would undoubtedly be charged at least double to get my car back), and my car to be returned to me in poor condition with poor quality parts.Lying in response to a post doesn't change his overcharging, the poor quality of spare parts he supplies, charging for parts not replaced, and his behaviour towards clients, especially women.DO NOT SUPPORT
