SHF Living Kramerville

Terrible customer service. My initial experience with SHF was amazing worked with Lucy Nxumalo who offered exceptional service and I am incredibly happy with the items I purchased. My recent visit however, incredibly disappointing I went to the Kramerville showroom and received no assistance whatsoever almost had to beg for the staffs attention. After nearly 20minutes I decided to leave and make my purchase at a different shop.

The Stitching on a couch and occasional chair came apart almost weeks after delivery on a 60k + set.At the time I was assured by salesman Steve that it would be fixed however I should wait a while to observe if there was further damage. ( whatsap msg in my procession ). Forward 10 months later and I approached the company to sort out the faults on the set . They picked it up from my residence and I was emailed 4 weeks be one MITCHELL DAMULA who stated that I was now required to pay a fee of R3000 odd to rectify the fault of the company as this was their cost. This however was not the initial arrangement with Steve and myself. MITCHELL was extremely rude and pompous and with regard to returning emails and telephone calls very incompetent. I had to literally call and email non stop to get any response. I subsequently agreed to the amount after a lot of back and forth . There was a heated conversation in the store where MITCHELL then took it upon himself to retract the repair and simply stated that the company would no longer fix my couch set because of my attitude and various emails and that he was in charge. Therefore even after accepting the quotation to repair my couches and the couches were at their depot for +~ 5 weeks MITCHELL had the audacity to cancel the repair and send my couches back as it was when they picked it up,with no other recourse or offer to diffuse the situation.I am entirely shocked with this companies customer service. The individual calls himself head of customer relations but he is highly incompetent and authoritative.Reviews of this company speaks for itself as I am certainly not the only customer receiving such horrendous and biased treatment. Avoid this company at ALL costs , in a day and age where customer service is paramount, this is a company where it is entirely non- existent!

I'm an interior designer and have been working with SHF since 2017. Honestly they are the only furniture retailer I recommend! I've reached a stage that every single client I work with HAS TO HAVE SHF Living peices.The MD, Mr Paul McCabe is on the ball and I can really say the business is in good hands. I'm so thankful for the partnership we have built over the years.The showrooms in Gauteng are looking stunning and I am so proud of what they've managed to achieve. Keep up the good work SHF Living!!

Bought the tribal bed and pedestals from the shop last year. I’m highly disappointed in the quality of the bed. Something I picked up last year when I received the bed, which I subsequently raised. Even after fixing things, I continued to encounter the same issue with the bed. This shows that there was poor workmanship done. I’ve raised this with the branch, and from what I have been told is that they won’t offer any assistance , as I’m now being blamed for messing up the bed during our house move. Not sure if I’ll ever buy anything from these guys ever again.

SHF has a beautiful range of #furniture, but while decorating my home, the experience at SHF wasn't as good as other premium #furnishers in their price point.The sales people seemed pressured and desperate, and the delivery experience wasn't great. It felt haphazard and the team clearly saw it as just a job that had to do.However, during the manufacturing period, I had someone email me with regular updates and that was incredible. It really helped me understand timelines and allowed me to manage the project more efficiently.

Beautiful furniture, but poor appalling service. i was told that the lead time is 6 weeks, this turned out to be 6 weeks longer (double the time) with no communication whatsoever, i was the one who always had to call and trace. you call the shop , nobody cares, they have your money , you are locked in and they don't take responsibility, they promise to trace and call back but don't keep promises. i have ordered twice , experience always the same. i have learned my lesson , never again! Kramerville is the store i used.

Best plumbing display at Waterways Bathrooms

Lovely to see and touch the furniture. Online pics at times don't do it justice. So went for actual loom and touch before finalizing my order. Had a good experience and people were helpful...not what I previous read about
