Really wish I paid more attention to these ratings. Been waiting more than 2 months for responses. Car didn’t have Jack kit on delivery, after raising for 2 months, got told this was not flagged in 101 point check as missing. Asked to see this document multiple times, still waiting. Finally got roadworthy (also after 2 months), copy is poor and asked multiple times for a clear version. Very quick to push the sale, horrendous after sales closure. Happy to update this review if competence and credibility improves…won’t hold my breath though.

Worst service ever. Last week they quoted me R2000 for a oil service this week R3000 that is just oil and oil filter and labour. They dont come back and really rude. Even through the phone down in my ear. I have to speak to 4 people just to get an answer on how much it will be to service my Pathfinder. If they are so unorganized will they even service my car right. You will never see me.

They really need to improve. Their fault finding is not up to standard. You might end up spending unnecessary money on your car. Please improve the service department

Nissan SpringsTerrible in customer service and feed back.They also say one thing but do something else. Makes one very uneasy because u dont know when they are lying to u anymore.
