I have had no freezer - SMEG - for 13 weeks and countingthe technician has replaced countless parts and two new compressors and it is still not fixedmoney wasted and no communication - they were supposed to collect last mondayThumbs down on SMEG service

They don't keep to appointments. Promise they will be coming through and arrive very late. Truly bad service. Even had issues when arranging spares. Had to call manufacturer directly to assist them in get pricing for spares. Wouldn't use them again.

Absolutely shocking service. Had to come out more than three times to fix my Smeg oven. I was left without a working oven on Christmas Day while expecting 18 guests for lunch because of their incompetence. The owner Mervin was very rude and has no idea how to deal with customers. Kept on making excuses instead of coming up with a solution. I would definitely not recommend this company and not sure why Smeg would associate themselves with such incompetence!!

Shocking service. It's been over 3 months and they still cannot get a part from Bosch to repair my fridge. They say they will get Bosch to call me to explain the delay but that hasn't happened as well. Basically a don't care" attitude and blame their own suppliers for everything."

This company does not understand customer service. We have been waiting for a replacement oven glass for our smeg gas stove since 03/12/2020.We were promised that this will be done before Christmas. Then it was moved to 1st week January '21, then Isabella called to confirm that it will be done today the 10th Feb. . Once again given the run around. Nobody there knows whats going on. Melvin could not commit to an Eta. Totally disgusted at the customer service feedback. And almost forgot to mention, the arrogant tone from Mervin when he spoke to my wife as if he is doing us a favor. No apology whatsoever.Ref 133604.

The lady who I believe was Isabella, assisted me with my query and was extremely professional and effective in helping me with my issue. My dishwasher was giving me a bit of issues but she off hand knew all the details and settings I should try for that specific make! Which was great and we sorted out the problem. Definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family :)

Their service isn't bad but their feedback leaves a lot to be desired. We accepted a quote almost 2 weeks ago and made the payment. Nobody came back to us. Today when I phoned them I was told the spares have been ordered. It will be delivered in 8 weeks+. It would have been nice if they acknowledged the proof of payment and explained the process without me having to follow up.

Linden appliances responded to a warranty claim I had. They were very professional and communicated at every step of the repair. My Bosch tumble-dryer was fixed in record time. I highly recommend them.

I used this company a few years ago for a rental unit in Johannesburg. They came quickly and fixed the problem with the gas stove in double quick time. Very happy with their service!

Made payment on an invoice and waited two weeks for any service/communication after being promised a technician will contact me to arrange repair. Tired of waiting I phoned and the manager told me I am the only customer in the area which is why they have not assisted me yet. Awaiting a refund...
