The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long while! The consultants are disinterested, they would much rather do anything else than help! I think you should invest in a customer service oriented training for your staff!I went there to purchase an iPhone 13 Pro Max and the lady who was helping me, firstly said that they didn't have stock, and then continued to rudely move me to another consultant because she was knocking off. Don't get me started with the hassles of getting my number ported!! Please go to literally any other branch! If you don't want to spend hours in a store and not even receive the service that you need. I went to the one in Brooklyn with my sister and the service was beyond immaculate, I was wrong to assume that it's standard practice no matter the branchThen having to call and repeatedly pester them to help you as if you aren't a customer! GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER BRANCH!

Staff is all over the place. Unprofessional service and staff are really useless. I rather go the vodacom in centurion. Charging old people do a sim swap or a new phone setup. Shane Vodacom are you so desperate for the little money (charging R100 minimum) for an old technologically disabled person to do a phone swap. I do not recommend this shop

Letabo Rapudi and entire vodacom call center- extremely bad service - 14 days without internet and they are not able to do anything. Wrong attitude, rude and putting phone down.

You wait and wait and wait to be helped. And they don't even have the decency to call to update you on whether your contract is accepted or not.
