Well I have emailed and even whatsapp you guys, no freaking response, I asked for an immediate termination /cancelation, still no1 has read my mail from Friday, no contact numbers work nor does the email. Please get your team to respond and release my line for a new ISP. Come and fetch your router, I had one year of grief with BlackNet. More outage than usage. Not worth the money. I need you guys to release line asap and also want confirmation that it's done via email and whatsap

Worst experience with this internet service provider. Constant issues with my fibre not working. They take forever to respond to mails. Despite placing my cancellation notice 1 month in advance. My account was debited for the full amount and have not received full access to service for the month. Despite various requests for my refund, no response forthcoming. Would not recommend them. After liaising via Whatsapp regarding issues with Wifi and then complaining for the lack of service, I was informed that it was due to me not emailing my queries through but rather utilizing Whatsapp. However, when they wanted me to sign up with them, all the discussions held over Whatsapp and debit order forms sent to me via Whatsapp. Completely unreliable and no value for money!

Blacknet review update :Once again, Blacknet ISP with their horrible customer service. We placed a notice to terminate services, and services were terminated however, the debit order still went through after asking blacknet to cancel the debit order on their sideprior to our notice period ending we did not have wifi for 3 weeks. They said there was an issue with the router and will have a new one delivered. However they do not call or say when they will be delivering.we've been sending emails to support with no assistance. We have a number of emails which we've sent through to support and whatsapps sent through to the owner and you just get left on read.I would never recommended this internet provider to anyone! Besides the lack of customer service on their part, and overall bad service, the owner is rude and speaks to you with attitude when you tell him that you cannot get through to support.--------------------------------------------------------------------Pathetic service. When you have an issue with your wifi, they do not answer calls or respond to messages.
