Saps Vierfontein Police Station

Good dayI would like to give a huge compliment to Warrant Officer Ross from The Vierfontein police station in Free State.We had reported a matter to the day shift which pertained to a minor child in our neighborhood. The day shift delayed to help us or even send a van out after personally going to the police station and dealing with an unhelpful Warrant Officer Mothekhe.We eventually realised the day shift was just delaying in order to get to shift change which is when we decided to go back to the Police Station. We found Warrant Officer Ross who was so respectful, professional, understanding and attentive. He gave us his full attention while we explained the matter, he also apologized on behalf of the previous shift and immediately got into the van and addressed the matter which immediately calmed the situation.He is an excellent Police Officer and person and wish him lots of success in his profession. I felt it is important to give Praise to this amazing Police Officer and that he is a great example to others. He restored our hope in our SAPS and Well Done Officer Ross.You are appreciated!
