They are situated at an easily accessible and safe part of Bellville Cape Town with plenty of parking space in front of the store.The security guard guides you on what to do at entrance, the place is well lit with a lot of natural light coming in, very neat and clean, spacious, organized and they follow strict Covid protocols. I received the parts I went there to buy and extra tips of installation from the sales consultant that was assisting me. Overall a great place to buy vehicle parts.

No updates on website... still state they sell certain parts and k&n airfirters as per website ... but not one branch sells it ??? .. you drive from far just to be told they don't stock it at the desk . Nevermind the different branches refer to other branches to check... if you don't stock it anymore take it off as it's false advertisement or better n waste of ppls money and time.

Reasonably priced, but processes are very slow, especially the wait for the store man to bring the parts from the store. In fact, he strolled to the counter like he had all the time in the world, completely oblivious to the awaiting customers.

I am not sure what is worse, the service or lack of communication. After placing a order via the phone, I get there to be told that the order was not placed. I place the order in store, ask for it to be kept on reserve as I couldn't collect immediately. Only to be told the part is sold. I will definitely not recommend anyone to go to Masterparts Belleville!

Who ever the guys are answering the phones need to go back to training and learn to be courteous when dealing with telephonic sales. Pathetic service and unfortunately doesn't even know car parts even after providing them with a vin.
