Tony's Dry Cleaners

The worst store ever!!!! You don't get greeted by employees when you enter and the prices are ridiculous. I took my trackpants for a stitch because they were ripped and they did a messy job. You don't take customers serious and for that you need to be shutdown, there are many laundry businesses out there that can do a better job than you, not even a comparison. You guys don't even deserve half of a star. I swear a blind man can do better snitches than all of you there. I cannot even stress enough that the place is dry cleaners" but you can spot a couple of dusty areas inside the premises. I 100% don't recommend Tony's Dry Cleaners to anybody unless you are ready for delays and you want your clothes to return in worst condition than they were. Totally specializes in nothing but failure"

Unreliable and unprofessional service!

Lost over R6000 worth of clothing, that I know of,over the course of 1 month at this store. Store policy specifically says that you should check items before leaving the store yet no responsibility is taken once you realize that your clothing is missing. Both manager and owner refuse to take responsibility. Highly suggest only taking items that you do not mind losing or of low value as high value items are most likely to get lost" and not replaced. I was told that they would look for my clothing but over a month later and I have heard nothing. Owner no longer takes my calls or messages. I have also recieved clothing that did not belong to me and was told by the manager to "keep it for the items that I've lost" there is no care or concern for peoples clothing being misplaced and ZERO accountability when it comes to handling their mess up. A lot of clothing items came back damaged but the manager insisted that it had been recieved in that way and theres nothing you can do about that either. Staff are very friendly until you pick up the problem. Would rate zero stars if it were possible."

Have used them for a while,no problem,so went to fetch my laundry after they notified me that it's ready,got it and in bed with 'clean bedding' but have not dried correctly,now everything smells awful,real stink of not dried properly,for the price they charge service was horrible,will rather take my business else where

After 3 days our clothes are still kot ready just under 4 kgs ? Terrible I highly recommend avoiding this place

Great service and friendly staff

I'm greatful for the service I recieved from them. The quality of their work speaks for it's self. My husband's suits are always on point. Thank you guys

Tony's dry cleaners is very efficient and affordable. You can get your articles dry cleaned in the same day if you come early enough but usually it takes only a day. It's really a fast in and out place to clean your clothes.

Used them previously without any complaints but the disregard for covid safety protocols and customer health is concerning and disappointing. Apparently the shop is to warm to wear masks. If that's the case at least some other form of protection should be considered like perspex screens
