If I could give a negative ten (-10) rating I would. What a nightmare. These people ruined my Valentine's Day. I placed an order and paid 5 days in advance and yet on the day of delivery I had to call them only to find out they misplaced it. I called around 11am and they only decided to deliver after 4pm and had to call the recipient for whom that was initially intended to be a surprise. I only ever use them again if I absolutely don't have an alternative. Horrible in every Respect!

A supplier of Netforist, mixed up and then did delivery, 1 week after persisting. Then delivered 19 vs 24 roses paid for with no anniversary ribbon or card. Netflorist definitely need to review this, as it's ridiculous and lying to a customer.

I forgot the guys name but he was so friendly and helpful and assisted me so patiently and with excellent customer care. The store is gorgeous and a little haven. Definitely recommend
