The Pickup Point works very well. Have you QR code ready on the phone, have it scanned, and you have your order in less than 2 minutes. Perfect for deliveries when you do not want them delivered to your workplace.

Situated in the Woodmill great location no traffic. Friendly staff assisted with finding the QR code once scanned quickly brought my package.

It's a small pick-up point with very helpful staff. It is conveniently located a few meters from the parking area, so pickup is easy and efficient. They also have a trolley that can be borrowed to get large or heavy items to your car.

This is a very good platform to order anything and I love the fast service. I just have one request. Don’t you guys want to get a pickup point close to Eersteriver/Kuilsriver please.

Takealot claims that they try to be the most customer-centric online shopping destination but after spending almost R100 in airtime, speaking to 5 consultants, endless back and forth emails, contacting your social media team I can confirm that Takealot absolutely does not value their customers. I have never felt so unheard and under valued in my life after dealing with a business. 3 days after I should have received my PRIORITY order and I am still without a resolution, no feedback and I have begged each consultant to have a manager call me. But Alas, no calls. If you are a small business owner who is thinking of using them for packaging - it's not worth the stress and tears. Takealot has ruined my business launch for me as my customers are now waiting for packages I can't send. There seems to be no urgency from their side. Staff are rude and unable to resolve complex queries with their generic scripts. You guys have broken my spirit this week.
