I went there to get paraffin, Thembi, the lady assigned to assist with paraffin, refused blankly to assist me and said that it was raining.duh,it was drizzling and everyone else was dping their jobs. I then tried to speak to the manager who the said she won't do anything about it as she is not Thembi's manager. You could ectually tell that its not the first time she did this and that she's still going to continue. Sort it out viva. Just sort it out and teach your people customer service.

Didn't like the way petrol attendant (a lady) was talking to me. As a learner driver, I was at the wrong pump but she said she can't help me. I have to go to the right side. Had to wait for a very long time to be attended again mxm

People needed this filling station to be of assistance to them. It's crossroad site or it's position even assists people who steal cars to ABANDON cars for ease of the Police officers and reduction of their effort to search. Viva Maserumule thanks for you being a good landmark and direction to many people.

Staff are entering the shop without sanitizing or having their temperature checked. Cashiers refuse to give me security guys name. Everybody refused to talk to me. This is not a rule but government law which is not followed. I demand action being taken against staff and security guard. Worst treatment ever received.
