The Bed Store Park Meadows

I recently purchased a bed and a sleeper couch and I am so happy with the quality of both. The customer service I received from Talent was absolutely impeccable.

Exceptional customer service from Talent. I walked in the store 16th of September just to check the range the store had before I make my final decision. At this time I knew that I was going to spend my money at Dial a bed, but comparing the stand of service I got from there after meeting Talent I couldn't go back, the level of service I got from Talent was great in such a way that I spent a R1 000 more than I budgeted. He is informative, he does not undermine people, and most importantly his impression sold me a bed set.On the day I purchased a bed which was 16th of September afternoon I was told I will receive my delivery on the following day and indeed I received it on the 17th from the most friendly drivers.

What great service! Went in on Sunday 27 November 2022. The gentleman, Talent, within the store, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The bed was delivered today, 28 November. 5 star!
