Elephant Lodge

Booked unit 253 Eliphant Lodge for a week. What a disappointment. Not worth the money we paid for a very special breakaway. They obviously do not believe in maintanence. From the moment we arrived we had maintanence issues with the front door not opening. The toilet was broken and leaking that the floor was full of water. All the taps were leaking. And some of the plugs were not working.The site manageress 'Christa Visagie' obviously does not know what maintanence means and just plain useless. They are just money oriantated and don't care about service delivery. Between her and a organization like 'Lekker slaap' you would expect more. Also spoke to 'Monique' either the owner or from 'lekker slaap' but just as bad as 'Christa' what a disappointment and a disgrace.

Being so close to wild animals was a wonderful experience. Our chalet was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at the Elephant Lodge.

Tlou lodge(250) in elephant Lodge is amazing. The place is neat and tidy. I love the boma that is open. And the wheelchair ramp from the stoep to the boma.
